This is a black family owned business which I love! We stopped in just to look and support and ended up learning a thing or two about herbs and all their benefits. The lady was so knowledgeable about their products. Everything is made in house. If you are in the area and on your healthy journey stop in and give them a holler. They also do online orders as well. The thing that stood out to me the most was they have an actual heath boutique a few doors down that does traditional naturopathic education.

I visited Auntie Peaches recently because I needed some natural products. While I was excited to shop, I was taken aback by the owner’s demeanor. Immediately upon entering, instead of a greeting, I was told of a ‘no-touch policy.’ I hadn’t touched anything—I had just walked in. A friendly welcome or a polite reminder would have gone a long way. The sales rep (a gentleman) was very kind and helpful, which I appreciated. I still made my purchase, but I left feeling disappointed. I hope the customer experience improves for others. 5/5/26- Update-Thank you for your response. I would like to clarify that my review reflects my actual experience. When my daughter and I entered the store, the first statement made to us was regarding the “no-touch policy.” There was no greeting prior to that. This is something we both clearly remember. I understand that you may have internal standards for how customers are typically greeted; however, that was not what occurred during our visit. My feedback was not about the policy itself, but about the way it was communicated upon entry. Yesterday, my friend and I were finally able to visit Auntie Peaches. Although the owner herself wasn’t in for the day, I’m sure she’d be delighted to know how her sister carries her business operations in her absence. I felt at home and at peace. I was welcomed and informed about the no touching policy (which I love and appreciate)! Their goal to serve their community and keep us safe from sickness is honorable! Both the owner’s sister and her colleague were very patient, attentive, and informative to our questions. They gave us education about healing herbs and how they connected their family’s traditions, love for God, and the educational experience to create holistic medicines, skin care, hair care, and a host of carefully selected herbs as it once was for our heritage. My mother has used the muscle spray and says that it has helped her pain from her recent knee replacement surgery. We left with more than just products and Auntie Peaches has gained two new clients! Looking forward to my next visit!

😮‍💨 When I say this shop smells amazing! The smell is what led me to it, and when I stepped inside I was embraced by an intoxicating aroma. I randomly found this gorgeous apothecary because I was at another business nearby. I visited on a Friday afternoon, and Louis helped me. He was so friendly, and he offered me a sample of some delicious hibiscus tea. I wasn’t really there for anything in particular, so I took a look around. They have a vast selection of loose herbs, blended teas, tinctures, body butters, body oils, and so much more. Kudos to the owner of this lovely shop, she’s truly gifted. I love supporting family owned small businesses! This is definitely a hidden gem in Springfield that I highly recommend visiting ASAP.
